About the Role:
MaidPro Chattanooga is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Pro Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team in Chattanooga, TN! This is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career with a company that values quality, professionalism, and the people who make it all happen.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional commercial cleaning services at client locations throughout the Chattanooga area
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and common areas
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Follow MaidPro's proven 49-Point Checklist to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site
- Properly handle and store cleaning products and equipment
Requirements:
- Prior commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout a shift
- Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- Ability to pass a background check
- Positive attitude and a team-first mentality

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
