We’re looking for a friendly, detail oriented, and multitasking bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service Coordinator. This position will require you to assist in tasks such as staff recruitment, new employee training, and home inspections.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Respond to customer inquiries related to customer service.
· Maintain our customers records and schedule information.
· Assists all customers with inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
· Assist with the daily operation in the form of dispatch, training and recruitment.
· Post job advertisements to recruit new employees, review all job applications, call potential candidates and coordinate interviews.
· Answer calls related to employment and follow up on the interview process.
· Perform 'in the field' inspections for quality control checks.
· Keep our team motivated and ensure Office atmosphere is positive.
· Meet or exceed monthly performance goals.
· Must report directly to the Office Manager.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
NECESSARY SKILLS:
· Bilingual (English and Spanish) a Must.
· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Fast learners with high levels of integrity, discretion and confidentiality are a Must.
· Possess a great attitude and thinks like a problem solver.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize various projects at the same time.
· A team player attitude is essential.
. Enjoy making customers happy and be able to relate to a variety of people in a responsible and cooperative manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate degree in Business Administration or one year of customer service experience.
· Basic computer skills.
· Bilingual (English & Spanish) Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish with the customers and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
· Excellent work ethic and the ability to handle cash, checks and credit cards responsibly.
· Ability to remain calm under pressure.
· Valid Driver's License and a good Driving History required.
· Must have a car available every day to perform service inspections if needed (gas expenses will be reimbursed).
· Salaried position with no nights or weekends required.
· Must work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (30 minutes for lunch).
· Authorized to work in the United States.
· Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
