GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains customer records by updating our customers' records and scheduling information
- Maintains customer accounts accurately by evidencing phone calls, estimates, and follow-up on prospects.
- Conducts outbound sales and customer service calls
- Assists all customers with inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner, both on the telephone and in person.
- Follows and maintains Quality Assurance Standards as issued by the company
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Good interpersonal skills; enjoy making customers happy and able to relate to a variety of people in a responsible and cooperative manner.
- Capable of neat, thorough, accurate work (extremely detail-oriented) with good organizational skills.
- Possess a great attitude and think like a solution provider.
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- You will be required to perform "in the field" with quality control checks
- You will be required to assist in the effective operation of dispatch, training, and recruitment, whenever required.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Must report directly to the Operations Manager
- Keep our team motivated and ensure the Office atmosphere is positive
- Associate degree in Business Administration or One to Two years of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish with the public in a professional and courteous manner
- Possess sound numerical proficiency
- Excellent work ethic and the ability to handle cash, checks, and credit cards responsibly
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Valid Driver's License and a good Driving History required
- Must have a car available every day to run errands as needed (gas expense will be reimbursed)
